How does Airport Pickup service work?
First you will make a booking, for instance using our online booking form. You will fill in your travel details like the flight number so our staff can check your arrival at Schiphol Airport and possible changes in schedule or arrival times. This way our driver will always arrive at the right moment, you don’t have to worry about delays or rescheduling at the airline. When you have safely arrived you will turn on your phone, the driver will contact you about 15 minutes after you have landed. In case you cannot answer the phone or miss the call, the driver will leave a text message with name and license plate number. This way you can easily contact the driver after you have collected your luggage. Once you have collected your luggage you can go upstairs to the Departure Hall 3 at Door C. Your personal driver will be waiting at the exit, you will be able to identify the driver from the license plate number in the text message.
